Donation & Refund Policy
Guidelines regarding tax exemption receipts, payment processing, recurring mandates, and refund requests at व्यापारी सेवा समिति.
1. Tax Exemption Receipts (80G)
व्यापारी सेवा समिति is a registered public charitable trust holding 80G tax exemption approval (AAATV7389K/F/2023-24 (valid to 31.03.2029)). Donors who provide a valid Indian PAN card number receive an official 80G certificate via email within 24–48 hours of donation clearance.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, donations made to charitable causes are non-refundable. However, if an erroneous or duplicate transaction occurs due to technical glitch during online processing, please contact us at vyaparisewasamiti@gmail.com within 7 days with proof of transaction. Valid refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
3. Recurring Monthly Donations
Donors who enroll as Monthly Sewa Supporters may modify or cancel their standing instruction at any time without penalty by contacting our office.
4. Utilization & Reporting
Donations are utilized directly for community programs (healthcare camps, annadanam meals, educational kits, elder care). Donors receive periodic email updates and annual audited financial summaries detailing program utilization.
